Brian is the CEO and Founder of Neal Insurance. Brian has been in the insurance industry for over 25 years. He has spent much of his time involved and catering to the agriculture industry. Brian began his insurance career working for a national carrier of multi peril crop insurance operating as their Vice President of Sales. After, Brian assisted with the expansion of a California based FSA office into one of the largest crop insurance agencies in the Bakersfield area. He was also instrumental in assisting a local Des Moines broker in launching their crop and agribusiness division. In 2004 Brian opened the doors of Neal Insurance and hasn't looked back.

Since, he has overseen the growth of Neal Insurance from a one man crop insurance agency into a brokerage offering local and regional companies risk management and employee benefit support and consultation.

Brian was born and raised in the Des Moines metro. He is an alumni of Iowa State University where he was also a member of the football team. He lives in Urbandale with his wife Patty, who so happens to be in charge of quality control, and works everyday with two of his four sons. It truly is a family owned and operated business and Brian couldn't be more proud of where his career has taken him and what the future holds for Neal Insurance.
